areas of support

Every story finds its beginning amidst the ongoing narrative of life, where our realities are shaped by our diverse experiences. Our upbringing, relationships, work, and education not only shape who we are but also influence the individuals we evolve into. Central to our understanding are the memories and moments of our childhood, serving as the foundation upon which our realities are built and providing us with the lens through which we perceive the world. Furthermore, our cultural background, early attachments, and environment contribute to refining and fortifying this lens, nurturing resilience, or fostering vulnerability. Our lives are journeys that take us along different paths and sometimes those journeys are lonely. We may be faced with some hardship or some complex situations, and at times challenging experiences. When we feel stuck, alone, disengaged, misunderstood or invisible, therapy becomes a powerful process that allows us to gain insight, see where and why we are getting stuck and find solutions that help us live a healthy, meaningful, and fulfilled life. During that process, everyone deserves to feel safe, loved, heard, seen…

As I meet you at this moment in your journey, my aim is to foster an empathetic, open, warm, and accepting environment. Drawing from different therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive behavioral techniques, client-centered approaches, and solution-focused interventions, I endeavor to provide a holistic framework for growth and healing. We are inherently social beings, thriving on connections that enrich our experiences and inform our understanding of self. Guided by the theory of family systems and attachments approach, I am committed to exploring life’s challenges through a multidimensional lens and understanding interplay of biological, psychological, and social elements. It is a privilege to accompany you on this journey of self-
discovery and empowerment.
