It is inevitable that we will face problems, whether they are small or big. These problems are usually something we can resolve on our own or with the help of a friend, family member, or co-worker. Some issues are just too complicated for us to handle on our own, and that’s when a professional can help.

With treatment tailored to the individual’s specific needs, I help people manage their problems in a generalized manner. What works for one person may not work for another, as there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to treatment. I work towards a solution utilizing a client-centred approach that is non-judgemental while listening and understanding your problem. My approach to achieving desired goals and outcomes incorporates CBT, people-centred interventions, solution-focused interventions, and mindfulness practices.

With empathy, we will reflect on your path and create a vision for the one ahead as we revisit the path you have taken. My specialties include anxiety, grief & loss, self-esteem, life transitions, relationships & intimacy, and assisting you with any life challenges you may bring to therapy.

My modalities include: Person-Centered, Mindfulness Based Interventions, Gottman, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
