I specialize in working with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, perfectionism, self-criticism, and unique culturalized experiences. I approach therapy with the belief that you are the expert of your own story. I am deeply curious about your interpretations, the nuances that hold meaning for you, and the strategies you employ to foster growth.

My clinical approach is client-centred, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and LGBTQ-affirmative. I offer a warm and holistic approach that is strength-based and action-oriented: grounded in theories of acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and mindfulness.

My approach is supportive, challenging, empathic and direct. I strive to establish a safe and nurturing space where this personal growth can thrive, where vulnerability is not just accepted but embraced, where change is cultivated, and where connections are cherished and honored.

My modalities include: Person-Centered, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Culturally Responsive Care, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
