Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Accepting New Clients

Who I help?
areas of support

I understand that therapy can seem like a daunting idea. However, when things feel heavy, connecting with a professional who is the right fit for you can be quite comforting. I am a registered psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO, and completed my Master of Education in Counselling Psychology at the University of Toronto. Whatever your reason for seeking therapy may be, it is paramount to my practice to actively cultivate an environment of support and non-judgment. I enjoy working with teenagers (16+) and adults, and extend a warm welcome to individuals from all walks of life, embracing diversity and catering to various backgrounds.

Recognizing the uniqueness of each client I tailor my therapeutic approach integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Therapy is a collaborative process and it is through the establishment of a trusting and empathic connection between client and therapist that meaningful therapeutic work can occur. Infused with positive regard, I prioritize the establishment and maintenance of a therapeutic rapport that fosters a safe space where you feel heard and valued. I would love to accompany you on your journey towards healing and personal development.

Modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT).
