Sometimes we feel “stuck”, “frustrated”, “sad”, “confused”, and “hopeless”. And, sometimes we don’t know what we are feeling at all. It is OK to feel all of these feelings, and it’s OK not to know what we are feeling. My goal is to help you make sense of your feelings, and help you reach your personal goals by gaining a better understanding of yourself and the world around you.

I incorporate various techniques and integrate my knowledge to suit your unique individual needs by providing a safe and non-judgemental space. This will help us gain a better understanding of you and your circumstances, and together we will find tools and was for you to manage your situation.

My modalities include: EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Exposure Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Behavioural Activation.
