About

Welcome! I am a certified psychotherapist with the CRPO serving individuals, couples, and groups. Life can be difficult. With current times many feel anxious and depressed about their life and the challenges they are facing. No matter the size of the problem we are all looking to feel relieved from our problems and at peace in our lives. As with any journey, the first step is to seek help and work with a licensed listener. Taking the leap of faith to trust a skilled listener can be beneficial by shedding light amidst dark times.

I will work with you to find creative avenues to aid and support you in your therapeutic journey. My style of therapy is eclectic, allowing me to draw from a range of modalities based on our interactions and goals of therapy. Together we will work to determine which tools or techniques work best for your therapeutic journey.

I believe that one of the most important components that facilitate change is elicited by trust between the client and therapist. I actively work to provide an environment that facilitates comfort, support and free of all judgements.

Regardless of where you come from I welcome people from all walks of life which supports the inclusion of people all backgrounds and needs.
