Who I help?
areas of support

I am a woman, wife and mother. I am a very family-oriented individual and passionate about helping others in my professional life. I enjoy using nature to ground my thoughts and feelings. I have found my ways to cope with life transitions and challenges and adapted these to
ensure holistic health and well being. I have worked in mental health and community services for 10+ years assisting those diagnosed with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disabilities (ID), Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and other diagnoses.

Therapy is for all. You do not need to be going through something difficult. Therapy can help individuals, couples and families set goals, maintain quality of life and create new habits. However, if you are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress psychotherapy can help. I resonate with humanistic and person-centered therapies. I love assisting people with their goals and reaching their full potential.

My therapeutic approach to building a client-therapist relationship is being approachable, understanding, non judgmental and genuine. I wish to make therapy individualized by using a variety of modalities and to adapt therapy sessions from client feedback. I want clients to feel safe, understood and accepted. You are heard in this space – come as you are!

I look forward to understanding who you are and why you seek Psychotherapy.
