I am drawn to therapy because it gives me the opportunity to support individuals while keeping in mind the larger systemic and societal influences affecting a person’s life on a daily basis. I liken strengthening mental health to solving an equation. When you solve an equation you need certain variables to get the desire outcome, I believe the same is true for mental health because there are different factors that affect your wellbeing. I take a collaborative approach and that means my goal is not give you advice. I want to partner with you in what you want to accomplish in our time together. My intention is that you come away from each session feeling equipped with the tools to strengthen your mental health in a meaningful way.

My modalities include: Person-Centered, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
