I’m currently in my fourth year of study. I am working towards my BAs in Psychology and a diploma in General Arts and Science. Psychology as a discipline has always intrigued me. Seeing how different factors of life influences our mind and emotions may teach us so much about ourselves, and those around us. 

Everyone has their own life experiences, that being said I believe it is important to interact with people through empathy, curiosity, and understanding. I strive to help others within our community, which is what led me to my position here at Life Cycle Counselling.  

I plan to specialize in working with children and other vulnerable populations in my upcoming years.

I feel passionately about helping others and making mental health services more accessible. I’m delighted to be a part of the diverse, qualified, and ever-growing LifeCycle Team.
