WELCOME TO THE Oakville OFFICE. PLEASE READ THROUGH ALL OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BELOW.
 New clients: please ensure you have an appointment scheduled for in-person therapy at this location. You can do this using our online booking system. 

Access

From West:
  • Take QEW/ON-403 E to exit towards Toronto/Ford Drive and continue to Exit 123 
  • Turn left onto Ford Drive
  • Turn right onto Upper Middle Rd E
  • Building is on the left
From East:
  • Take QEW and Gardiner Expressway W to Exit 124 Winston Churchill Boulevard 
  • Turn right Winston Churchill Boulevard
  • Turn left onto Upper Middle Rd E
  • Building is on the right
  
FROM UNION Station:
  • Take the Lakeshore West Go Train
  • Get off at the Oakville Go station
  • Take the 120 bus and get off at Winston Park Dr and North of Upper Middle Rd E
  • Building will be on the left
FROM Hamilton Go Station:
  • Take the Lakeshore West to Union Go Train
  • Get off at the 
    Oakville Go station
  • Take the 120 bus and get off at Winston Park Dr and North of Upper Middle Rd E
  • Building will be on the left

Parking is available on site and is free of charge.

Our office is now open and we are doing our very best to ensure your health and safety is not at risk. 

Here is how we are providing clean, safe and functional in-office therapy:

  • COVID-19 Screening Form to be completed prior to every visit
  • A mask must be worn at all times
  • All frequent touchpoint and traffic areas are cleaned after every visit
  • Hand sanitizers are available at reception for you to use
  • Physical distancing has been implemented throughout the office 

*Please understand that by coming to the office, you are assuming the risk of exposure to COVID19. This risk may increase if travelled by public transportation, cab, or ride-sharing service. For this reason, the Screen Form is required prior to every visit. You must disclose any new symptoms, as per mandated by the Ontario Ministry of Health and the Ontario Government.
