Having sat in both chairs in the room – one as a therapist, and the other as a client – I completely understand the prevailing stigma that is associated with seeking help as well as the difficulty in divulging whatever concerns you. My goal is to give you a safe space in which you can express yourself freely without fear of judgment.
The world can be a scary place, but my hope is that our work together will give you the tools and emotional support needed to feel empowered and resilient as you navigate through life. I practice using a variety of therapeutic modalities, but my approach is ultimately tailored to your goals and needs as a client.
