WELCOME TO THE Kitchener OFFICE. PLEASE READ THROUGH ALL OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BELOW.
New clients: please ensure you have an appointment scheduled for in-person therapy at this location. You can do this using our online booking system.
- STEP 1: If this is your first visit, please make sure to fill out the consent form that was sent to you electronically and click submit.
- STEP 2: When you enter the building, take the elevator up to the seventh floor.
- STEP 3: The receptionist will receive you on the seventh floor. If your appointment is after regular business hours (past 5:00pm or on weekends) please call 519-772-7500 and let the clinician know that you have arrived. The clinician will come downstairs and receive you.
- STEP 4: Please wait in the designated waiting room until your appointment time.

Access
From King St and Victoria ST intersection:
- Head north on Victoria Street N toward Waterloo Street
- Turn right onto Weber Street W
- Turn right onto Queen Street N
- Turn left onto Goudies Lane
- Building is on the left
FROM Kitchener Go Station:
- Take the 30 – Bramala Go Bus
- Get off at Weber Street W and Queen Street North
- Take a right on Queen Street North
- Take a left onto Goudies Lane
- Building will be on the left
