WELCOME TO THE Kitchener OFFICE. PLEASE READ THROUGH ALL OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BELOW.
New clients: please ensure you have an appointment scheduled for in-person therapy at this location. You can do this using our online booking system.
- STEP 1: If this is your first visit, please make sure to fill out the consent form that was sent to you electronically and click submit.
- STEP 2: When you enter the building, take the elevator up to the third floor.
- STEP 3: The receptionist will receive you on the third floor. If your appointment is after regular business hours (past 5:00pm or on weekends) the clinician will come downstairs and receive you.
- STEP 4: Please wait in the designated waiting room until your appointment time.

From Dundas St N and Water St N intersection:
- Head south on Water Street N
- Take a slight right to stay on Water Street N
- Building is on the left
FROM CAMBRIDGE Go BUS Station:
- At the Ainslie Terminal take the 51 – B-Jamieson/Cooper Go Bus
- Get off at Ainslie/Colborne
- Take a left on Colborne Street
- Turn left onto Water Street N
- Building will be on the left
