Like a rudder on a ship, therapy can be a powerful instrument that can help one navigate through life’s challenging, often stormy waters. Whether you wish to understand and heal a difficult past or address more present-day challenges, we can work together to develop new skills for living and better ways to cope with present-day stresses. Using a non-judgemental, holistic approach, my aim is to work collaboratively with you to chart your own course and seek goals and outcomes that are unique and personal to your own authentic journey. I use a combination of CBT, Solution-focused, Existential, and Internal Family Systems within a strengths-based, trauma-informed lens.

While able to assist you with on any issues or challenges you may bring to therapy, I specialize in several areas including substance abuse and addictions, life transitions, intimacy and relationships, early childhood experiences, family-of-origin issues, and parenting. Working within a space of safety, support, trust, and empathy, I hope our time together can bring clarity, find solutions, and achieve lasting growth and positive change.
